As Stone Angel's fic is only archived here it has obviously been copied and pasted direct from the Diaries to AFF net. If you would like to take the time to send an email to this plagarist and let them know what you think of their deceit in stealing someone elses work - feel free to do so. Just as a side note here I was pointed to a thread in the Live Journal community where people are literally abusing authors and artists. Now while I know that people all have varied tastes in their reading and writing and many authors/artists are open to constructive criticisim some of the comments in this particular thread are downright derogatory and rude. The thread was supposed to be for people to say what they dilike about certain fic, however it appears to have escaleted into a full on personal attack on some authors. Several well known authors have been attacked, Authors like Sunhawk, Kracken, Ponderosa, Akuma, Calic0cat, Jade, Madam Hydra to name a few. If you would like to go and check this thread out and maybe pop in an opinion of your own, the link is here. I do realize that everyone is entitled to their own opinion but to me some of these comments are just too nasty and strike me as a case of sour grapes towards the talent out there. What makes it worse is that the people making the comments don't even have the decency to leave their contact name, hiding behind the Anonymous signature. Shen also had sucess in other sections, "Tomorrow" being voted Best One Shot, "When All Else Fails" Runner up in Best Song Fic and "Call Me?" also runner up in Best Romance. Some of the banners are still being made and will be added to the awards page as they are completed. This is a personal triumph for Shen with Lost Souls as the fic was flamed badly on Media Miner as being nothing but rubbish so for it to win Best Overall out of approximately 70 entries is no mean feat. Part 1 of a new fic added called "Eternal Flame" This is the much awaited sequel to United Hearts. That's it for this weeks updates. Those of you that are already followers of the Gundam Wing section on the sister site... the Dragonball Diaries will know that this site has been launched to alleviate the bandwidth problem and also to give the GW fic's their own 'home' as their popularity has exceeded even my wildest dreams! I say a heartfelt thanks to both you the readers and all my wonderful authors for making this so. For those people joining us for the first time on this site just click on the menu to the left to go to the authors index page and browse to your hearts content the many wonderful and enjoyable fic's that are archived here. For those authors out there that are thinking about submitting a fic please check out the submissions page first BEFORE sending in your fic. Due to RL commitments I do not have the time to go through each individual fic and write summaries etc. Fic's submitted that do not follow the guidelines will be sent back to the author for rectification. Okay now that the rant is over ^_^ lets get on to the best bit.... the updates...... On Calic0cat's page... Parts 51 to 58 of "Life with Heero" added, also part 24 of "Winning Duo".
